1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WeHBS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a recruitment and onboarding platform for ADZ Realty and Brokerage sales partners. It provides information about career opportunities in real estate sales in Cebu, Philippines.

3. Important Disclaimer

• Commission structures and earnings mentioned are illustrative examples only
• Actual earnings depend on individual performance and market conditions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• All claims about market trends are based on publicly available information

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share or redistribute content without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, content, and code are owned by ADZ Realty and Brokerage
• Sales copy and marketing materials are proprietary
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited

6. Data Privacy

• Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Subject to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
• You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Decisions made based on information presented on the platform
• Any employment or business outcomes

8. Independent Contractor Status

By applying to become a sales partner, you acknowledge that:

• You will be an independent contractor, not an employee
• You are responsible for your own taxes and contributions
• Specific terms will be outlined in a separate Sales Partner Agreement

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Significant changes will be notified within the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
